Dutchman Eric Frankenmolen is missing.

He left his home in Eindhoven on Friday morning october 1st. Eric needs special care. After a severe accident in 2006 Eric is physically disabled. He can not speak. To communicate he is using a "dialogue computer". When Eric left he did not take any medicine or liquid food (he takes food by a tube in his stomach) with him. He is likely wearing a yellow Mammut jacket. He can be everywhere. In Eindhoven, somewhere else in Holland or even in an other country. Maybe he is on his way to Chamonix, his beloved town in the French Alps. The police has been noticed and is searching for him as well. If you see of hear anything, please contact me.

Chlo� Graftiaux

Saturday the 23 year old female Belgium climber Chlo� Graftiaux died after a deadly fall of 600m on the Peuterey, a mountain on the Italian site of the Mont Blanc range.

Today Edith and Esther also added 'Viejos y puretas' (7a) Buena Sombra sector (Desplomilandia) to there ticklist! Super!!

The route is discribed by Esther as 30m 'man-power-puppy' :)

Long time no climbingnews but today I received a sms from Esther and Edith, now climbing in El Chorro. They both finished today 'El Chupacabras' (7a+) in Desplomilandia, La Vida Misma sector (El Chorro)!!

Daan Groskamp sends his first 8a!! (13 years!)

By sending L’Eau Rage, (Holzgauer Wand) in the Fankenjura (Germany) Daan Groskamp sends his first 8a! By doing this Daan (13 years old) is the youngest Dutch climber ever to send 8a!!

Damn Daan!! Super super super!! Well done!! Next time you definitely will be putting up my expresses!! ;)

Daan is now climbing for just over 2 years and turned 13 in March this year!!

Jorick has been working hard to get to this level, all his effort and determination now comes to getter in his ascent! A view weeks ago we gave Jorick a new look, now he sends 7c :-) New in climbing aerodynamic scull for hard climbing!!

Despite of the weather forecast (rain, rain, rain) I really wanted to go climbing outdoor. Work is killing me at the moment so I was desperate to go climbing to clear my head!
